Data Deletion Instructions

At BeCozU, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

If you have used Facebook Login to access our services and wish to delete your activities or personal information, please choose one of the options below.

Option 1: Remove BeCozU via Facebook Settings

You can manage and remove the app's access directly through your Facebook account:

1. Go to your Facebook profile’s Settings & Privacy > Settings.
2. Look for "Apps and Websites" in the left-hand menu.
3. Locate "BeCozU" in the list of active apps.
4. Click the "Remove" button next to the app name.
5. (Optional) Check the box to delete all your BeCozU posts, videos, or events posted to your timeline.
6. Click "Remove" again to confirm.

Option 2: Request Manual Data Deletion

To permanently delete your account data stored on our servers, please contact our support team:

Required Information:

• Email address associated with your account
• Or your Facebook User ID

Processing Time: We will process your request within 7 business days and notify you via email once complete.
